MaggieMoose Gallery: Lucky Mushroom Art

Maggie's pawsability thought for the day:
"There are always flowers for those who want to see them."

Yesterday Maggie and I went for our afternoon walk. It had been a gloomy and overcast day. A very good day to go to an art gallery. As we walked outside a fine mist of rain greeted us. I didn't have an umbrella and Maggie was without a raincoat (who cares). We forged ahead as the rain became thicker. Along our pathway was a parade of mushroom art displayed by Mother Nature. We saw a daisy mushroom! Lucky us! But, the most unusual art were the black and curly mushrooms. Their extraordinary shape had us wondering if they were something else?

Before our walk was done we came upon the strong, the mighty, and the fearless mushrooms. If we were ants or slugs these mushrooms would be the gigantic Sequoia trees of the forest. No small flower here. A boldness showed in their form. We saw they were getting their way no matter what. Maggie and I liked their qualities of persistence and fearlessness.

Our walk in the misty & rainy day wouldn't be complete without Maggie looking for a lucky Leprechaun. Maggie couldn't resist poking her nose in in a field of green clover. Where was the purveyor of all this fine mushroom art....
