  We're big Outlander fans! Maggie & Flint will be watching with excitement the premiere of #Outlander 8/9/14 on Starz TV. MAGGIEMOOSETRACKS® MAKING FRIENDS is a book about Maggie, an English Springer Spaniel puppy with moose antlers while on the way to her new home gets lost in the forest. It's here she meets some eclectic characters; Flint Feinstein, the cat, Polly, the porcupine and the siblings Livvy and Charlie (ages 7 & 5). Her madcap adventures begin and through her adversity she comes to find her new home and family.

Our blog MaggieMooseTracks® was the catalyst for writing a children’s book series. In 2013, our blog was read in 174 countries on 6 continents spreading ‘pawsitive’ messages of honoring oneself, respecting others, animals and the environment. We've received eleven blog awards from our peers such as The Sisterhood of World Bloggers Award. We have social media for Twitter, Instagram, Facebook & Tumblr. FOLLOW US! WOOF! WOOF! The other two books we've written are:  MaggieMooseTracks® Christmas Star and MaggieMooseTracks® Wolf Pack. In each successive MaggieMooseTracks® book the characters develop and grow. MaggieMoose: Adventure Dreams In Living Color

  A few weeks ago we showed a B &W draft illustration of Maggie's new children's book MaggieMooseTracks®© Making Friends (age 6 up). We blogged about it in MaggieMoose: Trapped In Adventure. Just who are these nefarious, yet goofy men? We say wait and see... Looks like puppy Maggie is trapped in a fishing net! But how does she get out? The answer is in our first fictional illustrated children's book MaggieMooseTracks®© Making Friends (age 6 up). It will be published by June 21st of this year! The paperback will be sold on Amazon.com. All ebook platforms will be free to download which includes Kindle and iBook. The PDF version will be posted for download on our website www.MaggieMooseTracks.com. 

We are living the life of our dreams being able to share our inspirational fiction stories with children and adults around the world. It's a great adventure! Wait and see if Maggie gets herself out of the tangled mess she's got herself into. Maggie loves a little suspense. Me too. She patiently waits for me to read her the bedtime story of MaggieMooseTracks®© Making Friends with full color illustrations. MaggieMoose: Memory Lane With Future Memories

  Yesterday Maggie and I received the first draft of our illustrations for our 1st kid's book: MaggieMooseTracks® MAKING FRIENDS. The illustrations were brilliant! The artist Randy Jennings captured Maggie's puppy essence perfectly. It made me want to look back at some of her puppy photos. We took a trip down memory lane together. My goodness, I see why I nicknamed her MaggieMoose. She really had big paws to go with her big legs. She was so cute with her sweet little face. (Still is!)

On the flipside, my twin girls have a birthday on May 1st. More memory lane. Maggie and I looked at their old photos. Now they're still young, but all grown up living independent lives. We saw a flashback of Christy sib snuggling up to Maggie puppy in the cozy bed. Then we came across her twin Julie sib running with Maggie when Maggie was one year old. 

So many fun photos to look at.... Maggie and I decided we have a treasure trove of memories we can look at and enjoy. It's a legacy for the sibs to enjoy too. Smiles came across our faces as we scrolled through all the images of days past. 

We're ready for other kids to start creating memories of Maggie's puppy tails. These tails (tales) might just bring some smiles on a rainy day. This time the memories will come in a beautiful fiction book filled with story and color illustrations. Maggie knows her puppy tails will bring memories of joy, wonder and a little suspense for days to come. Our 1st kid's book is titled MaggieMooseTracks® MAKING FRIENDS. The book will be available on Amazon & Kindle around the end of May or beginning of June 2013! Stay tuned! WOOF WOOF

Goalposts Are Set: Maggie's Ready to Rumba

Maggie is ready

  Today is the Stanford University football vs USC football game. Maggie is ready to cheer on her home football team. GO Stanford! WOOF WOOF! Since Maggie's color logo was finished yesterday she is ready to rumba with some new goals. 

The goalpost is set for writing her first MaggieMooseTracks® children's book series. Our logo creator Randy Jennings will illustrate the books. Maggie knows she needs some transcription help so, I'll step in and be her ghost writer. We'll share in the successes like a successful football team shares their victory together. Before today's game starts Maggie is going to get some practice in. She'll be tossing the ole pigskin around to warm up for kick-off. GO STANFORD! WOOF WOOF
