  Maggie & Flint's Mum is heading out for the Big Apple - NYC. Fun loving Uncle John will furball sit. It'll be tough duty for them having all that FUN... snicker snicker...because while Mum's away, the furballs will play.... 

NYC is the home of baby Tommy's birth. Us Californians exclaimed NEW YORK CITY? Really? Alas, it was a true story.

Tommy has a lot to learn about his ABCs. A is for Apple (NYC), B for the name of his dog, C is for all that Cuddling his Mimi (grandma to everyone else) is going to share with him. We think he's a quick study. After all, he sleeps the whole night through, right from the beginning. Tommy must be a genius, Rhodes scholar and Mensa potential. 

Meanwhile.... A model citizen Maggie eeks as Flint is up to his Bad kitty Cat shenanigans... he hops on the dining room table! Maggie warns him by whispering get off the dining room table - Mum will get mad. Flint then tries his kitty kat mind games on Maggie...look, I'm right here on the chair, try and catch me...Zzzzzoom Flint's gone. 

Baby Tommy, the ABCs of life are all a learning curve. Remember, it starts with your mother who's Awesome, Beautiful and Caring.  WOOF WOOF ... PURR PURR... See ya in NYC! Cuddle up for loving!

  There's a new kitty kat in the house named Huckleberrie Flint. He's called 'Flint' for short. Wherever Maggie goes, Flint goes. Sometimes Flint's really obnoxious like when Maggie is sleeping and Flint crashes right in front of her. Geez, little brothers who like to bug their big sisters. Other times the little dude is all fun & games running around the house playing chase together. Then there's a crash, boom, bang... Now what? Model citizen Maggie is beside herself gazing at the plant on the floor. What will Mum say?

Seeking peace and quiet Maggie goes into the MaggieMooseTracks® office and finds her bed. Two minutes later with peace interrupted little Flint boy plops on the pillow. MEOWZA! It's the little trouble maker again-good thing he's so cute. Maggie sighs and reflects on the important things in life; friends and family. She thinks the best part is when your friends are your family! Lucky Maggie & Flint share a legacy together by being part of the MaggieMooseTracks® book series (sells on Amazon.com).   Maggie and I set out to write some kid's stories that were fun, yet important enough for kids to end reading the story with a message of feeling good about themselves. We had visions of sharing tales (or is that tails) about being different, stories about finding one's way, stories about courage and stories about friendship. Our MaggieMooseTracks® stories came alive with Maggie and her moose antlers making friends with Flint Feinstein, the feral cat in a forest with other eclectic characters such as Alfonso, the Cajun alligator! 

Then there's the 'know it all' seven year old Livvy with her fun loving younger brother Charlie... Yes, anything is pawsable when you dream it. Imagine our surprise when we ended up with an orange kitty named Huckleberrie Flint. A real life Flint who's come alive off the pages of our MaggieMooseTracks® stories.

Maggie and I use to joke how Flint looked like he was wearing orange pajamas with stripes... Now we chuckle because our little Flint is wearing the same pjs! The best part is MaggieMoose and Flint, the kitty cat were best friends from the moment they met. Inseparable. Dreams do come true... I can hear the woofs & purrs beside me. What tails will they tell next?
