MaggieMoose: Velcro Girl

Maggie's pawsability thought for the day:

This morning I have a Velcro girl called Maggie. She's been at my side since we got up. Years ago when my family went to a dude ranch there was a young boy who took a fancy to one of my girls. We affectionately called him 'Velcro boy' because wherever my daughter went there he was. The term has been updated for Maggie-Velcro girl. Wherever I go, there she is. My life is sweeter because of it. Thanks Maggie. Hugs & Licks! WOOF WOOF

MaggieMoose: Favorite Formula

Maggie's pawsability thought for the day:
 "Dogs are my favorite people."

While I type on my laptop I hear the hard crunch, crunch, crunch beneath my chair. It's only when I let Maggie outside that I notice her collection of antler chews on the floor. I'm Maggie's favorite and Maggie's my favorite. A perfect way to spend an overcast Sunday morning. Two favorites equals us squared

MaggieMoose: Twig In The Dark

Maggie's pawsability thought for the day:

It's the Monday morning Maggie show. OMD! (Oh my dog.) I turned the corner and there's Maggie chillin' in the dark with a little, fragile twig hanging out of her mouth. I crack up. There's no words for how funny I find her twig madness, but her happiness is my happiness. It's twig season. Maggie's jaws of steel tenderly cradled her twig with love. It continues to astound me. What a great way to start a Monday morning. It's still dark outside yet Maggie knows how to light up the room with her subtle humor. Thanks for the twig in the dark Maggie! I can't wait for tomorrow's surprise. chuckle chuckle

MaggieMoose: Family Trick or Treats?

Maggie's pawsability thought for the day:
"Many of my cartoons are not a belly laugh. I go for nostalgia, the lump in the throat, the tear in the eye, the tug in the heart."

Last year Maggie was a beautiful bumble bee for Halloween. She took it to the extremes by making sure she had her tennis ball in her mouth as she buzzed around. This year she's a MaggieFish in her full Nemo-ish costume.

I flash back to her human siblings and all the costumes they had for Halloween; beauty queens, witches, and many others. Looking at Maggie's photos in her Halloween costumes I get the same tug in my heart from a wonderful feeling called nostalgia. Maggie feels that same tug and lump when her human siblings visit her. She remembers the family memories they shared. And recalls the treats she recieved and the tricks she gave. Bounce, bounce tennis ball... WOOF WOOF

MaggieMoose: Warm & Fuzzy Thoughts

Maggie's pawsability thought for the day:
"But I have found that in the simple act of living with hope, and in the daily effort to have a positive impact in the world, the days I do have are made all the more meaningful and precious. And for that I am grateful."

MaggieMoose: Twig Girl

Maggie's pawsability thought for the day:
"Every corny thing that's said about living with nature - being in harmony with the earth, feeling the cycle of seasons - happens to be true."

MaggieMoose: Monday's Unlocked Blessings

Maggie's pawsability thought for the day:
"When you are grateful - when you can see what you have - you unlock blessings to flow in your life."

Some moments when I look at Maggie looking at me with her soulful eyes I stop & freeze in that moment. I feel an overwhelming amount of gratitude for the sweet soul sitting before me. I think to myself I AM SO BLESSED to have Maggie in my life. Maggie is the kid every parent wants; no problems, always happy, never have to worry about her, and all she does is freely share her bounty of love. I am grateful for my unlocked blessings of MaggieMoose sitting before me as her eyes penetrate my soul with bliss. Happy #MooseMonday Maggie!

MaggieMooseTracks®: Book Brothers WOOF WOOF

Maggie's pawsability thought for the day:
"There are perhaps no days of our childhood we lived so fully as those we spent with a favorite book."

The two book brothers from Minnesota prove that looking good and feeling good is pawsable with Maggie's fictionalized adventures of Book 1 MaggieMooseTracks® Making Friends. The siblings show that the book also looks great on the head! WOOF WOOF! Maggie loves football, kids and of course her adventures too! We wonder what the boys will be up to when they get a hold of Maggie's Book 2 MaggieMooseTracks® Christmas Star which is selling on Amazon.com! Maybe MaggieMooseTracks® on top of a snowman? Next to a moose? Going down a ski slope? Maggie's imagination is getting carried away! Maggie thinks others' imagination will get carried away too when they read the MaggieMooseTracks® book series. If you would like a shout out with your photo and a MaggieMooseTracks® book then take a photo and send it in to: WOOF@MaggieMooseTracks.com. Maggie will give you a WOOF WOOF shout out like the two book brothers! There's nothing like a favorite book...or two....or three...

Book 3 MaggieMooseTracks® Wolf Pack will be out Jan. 2014!
